CopyFlag provides copyright protection services, including automated scanning of online marketplaces for copies of your work, generation of DMCA takedown notices, and related tools and services.

  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content and Rights

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to CopyFlag. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our copyright protection services.

4.2 Content Requirements

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COPYFLAG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CopyFlag from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
